Revised FSC North American Paper List now available |

The FSC North American Paper list now includes information on the percentage of post-consumer and pre-consumer waste found in each FSC-certified paper. This additional information is provided as a result of the introduction of the new FSC Trademark standard in 2010 (Requirements for Trademark Use by Certificate Holders, FSC-STD-50-001 v1-2). This standard requires that FSC labels reflect the total percentage of recycled fiber (pre- and post-consumer fiber) next to the Mobius loop, and not exclusively the percentage of post-consumer recycled fiber. Companies that are currently FSC-certified will be assessed against the new standard from July 1, 2011 (previously January 1, 2011). Download a copy of the FSC North American Paper List here.
