FSC Membership is a great way for organizations and individuals to show their support for FSC and responsible management of the world’s forest ecosystems. FSC members govern the organization, and with a balanced and diverse membership base we are able to continually strengthen the FSC system. As an FSC Member you will have a voice in the setting of standards and policies and a vote at the FSC General Assembly. As a member you are also eligible to be nominated and elected for the FSC US and FSC International Board of Directors. Membership is built on a three-chamber system representing social, environmental, and business interests. The diverse structure of this system provides the framework that brings the expertise and level of engagement required to set the rigorous standards of FSC.
